                                                     Before booking with Chic’N’Chill Events, please carefully read our T&C's.

                                      The ‘Hirer’ means the person signing the Booking and T&C forms to hire the equipment’  

                                                                       The ‘Supplier’ means Chic’N’Chill Events.

                                      Teepee or Teepee's refers to indoor-only equipment to deliver teepee sleepover parties.

                   Chic Dining refers to indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) equipment to deliver the Chic Dining Experience.

 

  • To secure your date you must do so with the requested deposit for your booking.

  • Deposits are used to confirm your date and as a damage deposit at a cost of £50.00, the deposit is not taken off the balance.

  • The deposit is returned to you within 24 hours from pick up of setups providing there is no damage to the teepees, dining experiences and items included.

  • The balance is due 2 weeks before date booked.

  • Cancellation of the party will forfeit the deposit paid.

  • All customer details will not be disclosed to any third party. Our Privacy Policy will be sent to you with every confirmed booking.

  • We aim to set up the teepees between 2.30pm-3pm on your confirmed date, and then collect the following day between 10am-11am. The Chic Dining is for 6 hours and will confirm times at booking. 

  • The Little One’s Teepees are for 2-4 hours hire and will confirm times at booking.

  • Arts and Crafts Parties are for 2- 4 hours hire and will confirm times at booking.

  • All equipment supplied in your package must be returned in good condition, Any Damage to the equipment provided, must be reported to Laura at Chic’N’Chill Events.

  • No Jumping on the equipment or removing of canvas on teepees.​

  • Please do not dismantle the teepees and/or dining experience. Please leave them as they have been set up.

  • Any products that could cause damage i.e. nail polish, pens must not be used when using the equipment.

  • Strictly no smoking is permitted in close proximity of any equipment.

  • In the interest of health and hygiene, the Hirer should ensure pets are not in close proximity to the Teepees, The Chic Dining Experience and any items supplied by Chic’N’Chill Events.

  • All soft furnishings are washed with Eco Cover Products which are plant-based, biodegradable ingredients, dermatologically tested and vegan friendly.​

  • All hard furnishings are cleaned with Anti-Bacterial Method products which are plant-based and kills 99.9% of bacteria.

  • All equipment is cleaned before and after setup.

  • Please state at time of booking age, dietary requirements and allergies for gift bags, if you add this extra to your package.

  • Children to be supervised at all times.

  • Please ensure all personal belongings are removed before picking up setup.

  • Chic’N’Chill are unable to accept bookings from anyone under 18 years old. 

  • Chic'N'Chill Employees are all DBS Checked.
